Welcome to NxtGenAthletes! Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our coaching services or website.
By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
All sales are final, but you may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance.
A waiver will need to be signed by the parent and/or guardian the day of the appointment.
If this waiver is not signed then we can not proceed with the training and you will get a 50% refund of the subtotal.
All sessions will be held at the Gulf shores rec center or the sportsplex!
Service Usage Guidelines
Please note that NxtGenAthletes is not responsible for providing food and drinks during coaching sessions.
If your athlete has any health issues please let us know before hand so we can be aware!
Parents are allowed to observe the training but must stay in the sidelines and must be respectful.
Data Privacy
At NxtGenAthletes, we prioritize your privacy and handle user data in strict accordance with applicable data privacy laws and regulations.
We utilize secure servers to ensure our users can freely and safely use our site.
